Burt’s areas of concentration include counseling and attending to the varied commercial and corporate needs of privately-held businesses and their principals, including organization, structure and governance of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and commercial leasing transactions, continuity and succession planning for business owners and management, including preparation of shareholder, employment and partnership agreements and estate planning for individuals and families including preparation of  wills and trusts.
